At NEON STUDIOS, every product is made on demand specially for you. This helps us reduce waste and deliver fresh designs. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

              • All orders are print-on-demand, so production begins after your order is confirmed.

              • Order processing time: 2–5 business days

              • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

              • India: 4–8 business days

              • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated total delivery time:

6–13 business days (Processing + Shipping)

Shipping Charges

             • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

             • Free shipping offers, if running, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

             • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

             • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not Responsible for:

  • Orders returned to us because of incorrect customer details
  •  Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses 

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

               • Courier or logistics issues

               • Weather conditions

               • Natural disasters or government restrictions

               • High-demand periods or sales events

We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

               • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date

               • We will investigate with the courier partner and assist you accordingly

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
