As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Color or design preference issues
• Orders placed by mistake

Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• The issue must be verified by our team

Once approved, we will either:

• Send a free replacement, or
• Issue a refund to the original payment method

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they go into production shortly after confirmation.
• Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
• Bank or payment gateway delays may vary depending on your provider

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• In case of approved defects or errors, replacement shipping will be covered by us
